In the Jin Dynasty, the Buddhist monk Fa Xian traveled thousands of miles, climbed the green mountains and arrived in India to learn from the scriptures and seek the Dharma. Xuan Zang, who traveled westward in the Tang Dynasty, was even more famous. In the third year of Zhenguan (AD 629), on his way from Chang'an, he often fell into the situation of  "rugged mountain roads, dangerous paths, unique people and few aquatic plants" . Many alpine  "wind and snow one after another, freezing in the middle of summer, snow covers the valley". In the 19th year of Zhenguan (645), Xuanzang returned to Chang'an and made outstanding contributions to the cause of Buddhism in China. The prevalence of religion has further narrowed the gap between the mountains and the spirit.
